Project Scope

The client was merging two of its branch offices into a new bigger office. We were engaged in this project to provide secure transportation and installation of all IT assets to the new office and to provide one-week onsite support after the move.  The relocation needed to be completed within 3 days over a long weekend. 

Quattris Solution

Quattris assigned a dedicated project manager and 2 onsite teams: each consisting of 8 engineers.  The PM began by verifying the scope and site readiness. Meeting the schedule deadline was critical to the success of this project. Therefore, to avoid any last-minute issues, all three sites were surveyed 2 days prior to the kick-off. 

Our onsite teams uninstalled workstations, desk phones and AV equipment in the conference rooms from both old offices. All this equipment was then wrapped in anti-static wrap and loaded onto crates. The crates were then carefully loaded onto the vehicles and transported to the new office.  

All this equipment was unloaded and installed at the new site as per the site plan provided by the client. 

Project Outcome 

Our dedicated team worked tirelessly and ensured that all the IT equipment was relocated in a safe and timely manner. Our team successfully met the schedule deadline. Over 1000 pieces of equipment were installed by Monday evening enabling the site to be operational by Tuesday.
